TV & Series'SNL' Honors Patrick Stewart, Celebrates Brewers' World Series Win
This weekend's episode of 'Saturday Night Live' (SNL) included a heartfelt tribute to the late Sir Patrick Stewart, who died at age 86. The tribute featured an archive clip from Stewart's appearance on the show in 1994, where he introduced musical guests Salt-N-Pepa. The segment was a poignant reminder of Stewart's legacy, particularly in the realms of film and television, where he is best known for his roles in 'Star Trek: The Next Generation' and the 'X-Men' series. Stewart's passing was announced by his representative, who noted that he died peacefully at home in Los Angeles, surrounded by family after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease and Lewy Body Dementia.
